The law firm of Silver, Hadden, Silver, Wexler & Levine originated in November, 1971. Since that time, the office has concentrated on providing full service legal representation for public employee organizations and their members, including labor negotiations and contract enforcement. Presently, Silver, Hadden, Silver, Wexler & Levine is actively representing approximately 100 public employee organizations throughout the State of California. Almost all of those organizations consist of public safety employees.

Silver, Hadden, Silver, Wexler & Levine handles the vast majority of cases in the Southern California area (excluding San Diego County) involving the defense of peace officers in disciplinary, criminal, and civil proceedings under the PORAC Legal Defense Fund. The firm provides similar representation for individuals not covered by that Fund and regularly prosecutes litigation to recover damages on behalf of public employees whose rights have been violated. In addition to providing legal representation for individual members of public employee actions brought against public employee organizations themselves and has defended public employee organizations against legal actions involving complex issues of state and federal law.
